Funding

All sources of funding should be declared under the heading of funding at the end of manuscript file (prior to the references). Authors must describe the role of the study sponsor(s), if any, in the study design; in the collection, analysis and interpretation of the data; in the writing of the report; and in the decision to submit the paper for publication. If the funder(s) had no such involvement, this should be clearly stated in their manuscript.
